00:00  so I’ve got landlord-tenant court today 00:03  and I also have another court appearance 00:04 tomorrow the problem with today is 00:07 tomorrow actually I have an upgraded 00:09 attorney fit for the task they actually 00:12 have a $500 attorney $500 doesn’t get 00:15 you much of an attorney what kind of got 00:19 into this problem is is it’s a landlord 00:22 tenant eviction and we basically just do 00:25 it as a precaution 00:27 we knew the tenant was gonna move out 00:28 anyways we just started the process just 00:31 in case we needed 00:32 well the tenant moved out as expected 00:34 the problem is is the tenant then turned 00:37 around and got himself an attorney 00:39 what’s kind of goofy about this is how 00:42 it kind of works when we fix somebody is 00:44 we basically just want them out so we 00:47 don’t bring a judgment against them we 00:48 don’t actually take any action against 00:49 him since he already moved out anyway so 00:51 you could’ve went his own way 00:52 this guy was kind of smart you can 00:54 called it an attorney the attorney took 00:57 his money for nothing you know it’s it’s 01:00 just attorneys and so now since he got 01:04 an attorney and it’s a $4,000 rental and 01:06 a love fortune you know we at this point 01:09 turn around said hey you’re going to pay 01:11 an attorney you could pay us something 01:13 so now we’re actually stuck in this my 01:16 attorney kind of stinks I actually give 01:18 them a very clear direction told them 01:19 listen call the opposing counsel 01:22 tell them to speak to me or ask them 01:25 what they want if they don’t give you an 01:28 answer that’s consistent with what but 01:30 I’m hoping to get then turn around and 01:32 ask simply for $300 this point I just 01:34 want to grab whatever kind of pistol 01:36 dollars for my client I can get if they 01:39 still won’t go on down to $2,000 $2,000 01:43 is better than nothing 01:44 well pretty sure the attorney didn’t 01:47 actually contact the opposing counsel 01:49 because basically in idiot in his $500 01:52 attorney so we’re going to go into 01:53 landlord-tenant court hopefully this 01:56 will go smooth without bumps 01:59I’ll check us
