Is there a termination fee if I terminate service early?

We typically do charge a termination fee if a client wants to break mid-agreement. We charge it to offset our administrative and transitional costs. Read more about these fees here…


What if I already have a tenant?

Then there isn’t that charge. We only charge a property owner if and when we need to place a new tenant for them. If you already have a tenant in place before our service begins; then you would just begin paying the monthly management fee. Read more about that here…
