Is there a termination fee if I terminate property management services early?

What if I already have a tenant in my rental property?

Then there isn't that charge! We only charge a property owner if and when we need to place a new tenant for their rental property. If you already have a tenant in place before our property management service begins; then you would just begin paying the monthly  management fee. Read more about that here...
