Presentation: Discussion of the overall picture of zoning and development in Philadelphia.

Speaker: Frank DiCicco, Chair of the City’s Zoning Board of Adjustment

Topics include:

    1. Whether the new zoning code has been generally successful, and areas where you feel amendments would be desirable.
    2. The tax abatement program, its successes or failures – should it be continued, revised, or ended?
    3. Whether today’s political climate affects – if it affects – zoning and development.

The proposed changes on the Delaware waterfront, and the possible proposals to amend the Central Delaware Waterfront Overlay.
