Our property management company has long relationships with trustworthy, reliable contractor company solutions. We consider the contractors that we refer as a partnership of sorts. As we grow and manage more rental properties, our referrals to contractors grow.
If added to our system as a preferred vendor we will request a W-9. We pay vendors weekly on Thursdays & by ACH.
