We safe you the hassle of tracking down, & contacting multiple utilities companies, phone service, cable/satellite TV, & security monitoring. This service will contact you as your connection resource - at no cost!
> RENTER'S LIABILITY INSURANCE
Per your lease you are required to have Renter's Liability Insurance. But Grow Property Management has taken the work out of finding the right policy. No billing, paperwork and our tenant liability program protects you meeting the minimum requirements of your lease. This policy offers protection from accidental or negligent damage to the landlord’s property associated with the perils of fire, smoke, explosion, water damage or backup or overflow of sewer, drain or sump) up to $100,000.
> RESIDENT PORTAL
A typical tenant / landlord relationship requires tenants to mail monthly rent checks, hunt down landlords for needed repairs. Our Resident Benefit Packages gives our tenants 24/7 access to their own online Tenant Portal where you can submit maintenance requests, pay rent a variety of ways, set reminders, see your statements and save your documents like your lease.
> HOME BUYING PROGRAM
If owning a home is one of your goals, Grow Property Management wants to help you!
Our Resident Benefit Package enrolls you into our Home Buying Program. If you begin using our home buying service, while you are a Grow Property Management tenant and we agent you through the home buying process; we will credit you $750 at closing.
> RENTER’S PERSONAL INSURANCE
We have researched and vetted what we feel is the best tenant insurance policy to protect your Personal Contents (up to $10,000; medical payments up to $3000 and additional living expenses up to $3000. Grow Property Management secures & manages this at no additional cost to you. And no applications, paperwork or billing. Premium and coverage is per household not per person.
> HVAC FILTERS
When renting a single-family home, the resident is expected to maintain the HVAC filters. Plus regular filters changes can reduce energy costs by over 15%. With our included service no more setting reminders, tracking down filter sizes, or trekking to and from the store to buy HVAC filters.
Grow Property Management has arranged to have any needed HVAC filters delivered to your home, on schedule for your easy application.

Tenants can submit maintenance concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - including holidays.
Our system notifies multiple staff immediately, allowing us quick response. Through our simple, easy to submit maintenance system you can request repair requests, add photos, check repair status updates.

That results in things like less expensive car loans, home buying power and lower cost credit. Our Resident Benefits Package offers you Free Credit Reporting, building your credit simply for paying your rent on time.
Resident Benefits Package is a suite of services Grow Property Management provides tenants and is required to have a lease with us. Tenants are allowed to opt out of the included free insurance benefit but will still be will be billed the monthly charge.
Renters are encouraged to consult with an insurance professional to evaluate and determine personal insurance needs.
All claims are subject to a $500 deductible payable by the renter. Other coverage’s may be included; see policy for details and exclusions.
Any person who knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive any insurer, makes a claim for proceeds of an insurance policy, containing false, incomplete or misleading information is guilty of a felony
