Ensures tenants carry proper insurance coverage while renting the property. Included on all three tiers.

Eviction Guarantee


(Tenants on Our Lease)

Covers the cost of handling an eviction if it becomes necessary. Charged as a $375 fee on Bronze, but included at no extra cost on Silver and Gold.

Tenant Skips Guarantee

Provides coverage if a tenant breaks their lease early. Not available on Bronze; Silver covers 2 weeks of rent, Gold covers 4 weeks of rent.

Malicious Damage Guarantee

Protects owners against intentional property damage caused by a tenant. Not available on Bronze; covered up to $25,000 on Silver and $35,000 on Gold.

Condo Contents Coverage

Covers damage to condo contents/interior. Not available on Bronze; covered up to $25,000 on Silver and $35,000 on Gold.

Pet Damage Guarantee

Covers damage caused by a tenant's pet. Not available on Bronze; covered up to $1,000 on Silver and $2,000 on Gold.
