Tenant Intentional Damage - Efficient Repairs & Claims

The tenant used the property owner's fridge to hit golf balls off up and it has multiple dents in the door, but is fine otherwise. How would a property management charge the tenant for a still usable item that is badly damaged?

Lived in a property they have managed for about a year and they are great property managers. They actually respond to maintenance requests. And they do it quickly, there’s normally someone out the next day. They also use quality contractors or maintenance guys. They’re a great property management company, wish everyone was this good.

I have lived in a lot of apartments over the years with a lot of different property managers. The team here is absolutely amazing. They get all the maintenance requests finished fast and make it easy to pay the rent. I have been happy living here, will be a shame when I eventually have to move out.

Philadelphia Property Management has been successfully managing a couple properties of mine for years. They make the process of being a landlord so much easier. I never have to chase them down for an update or question their property management skills. Their methods seem to be effective. I've had positive results from each tenant thus far. I highly recommend their property management services if you own property in the Philadelphia area.
